Ground Orders received by 1:00 p.m. (PST), Monday-Friday, will ship within 2 days in most cases. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air will ship same day if received by 1:00 p.m. (PST), however, no guarantees are made. All orders will ship within 2 business days unless noted otherwise. Any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer immediately.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Your total purchase price will be based upon the current and prevailing exchange rate your credit card issuing bank has established at the time of purchase. You may cancel any order which has NOT shipped. Any shipped order cannot be cancelled. Please call Miss Me Customer Care at (877) 600-7351 or (323) 235-6500, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm (PST). Although we will try our best, no guarantees are made that a cancellation request will be fulfilled. All cancellation requests must be made by phone; no emailed cancellation requests will be accepted.

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, merchandise may only be returned for store credit or exchange.
For a full refund of the purchase price, merchandise must have the original tags and labels attached, must not have been worn, altered or washed, and be in a new and unused condition. Merchandise which is returned in a condition deemed to be unsellable as new will receive a partial credit for exchange only. There is no restocking fee.
Shipping and handling charges will be refunded only in cases where we made an error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where we made an error. In such cases, we'll send a return label for the return.
Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for a full refund, full credit for exchange, or repair if applicable. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality.
Please note: We are not responsible for any damages to items that have been worn, altered or washed. However, we will do our best to accommodate and satisfy our customers to best of our ability.
Sale items are exchange only unless otherwise noted. If the same item is not available for exchange, then a credit will be applied towards another item.

| Completing a Return or Exchange |
1. Please download the Return Form from our website. CLICK HERE to download a PDF version of the Return Form. We can also email or fax you the form. Please call us at (877) 600-7351 or (323) 235-6500 you can also email us at customercare@missme.com to request a Return Form.
2. Complete all parts of the Return Form. Retain your original order invoice/packing list for your records.
3. Pack and seal your merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form. Please note that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid for or refunded by Miss Me.
4. Mail package to:

Note: For your record, we suggest a tracking number is obtained when returning merchandise.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and would like to receive a refund, please follow steps 1-4 above. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note the RETURN POLICY above to receive proper refund or credit.
If an item(s) were shipped incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, color, or size), Miss Me will gladly issue a full refund for the purchase price including the shipping cost. Miss Me will send a return shipping label for any such error on our part.
Miss Me will not be liable for any ordering errors made by the customer. Errors will be validated against the original invoice and may take 2-4 weeks to process.
